We check available crossings, passenger and vehicle restrictions, and queues in both directions.
Departure time
We allow for driving, check-in, local time and a margin. If needed, we discuss travelling the day before.
Waiting terms
We agree included waiting time and any extra charges, and check whether an electronic queue booking is required.
If plans change
Your coordinator discusses the options with you. A revised route and any additional charges are agreed before changes are made.
Queues and border checks can vary. An exact crossing time or arrival in time for a flight cannot be guaranteed. Admission decisions are made by border authorities.

MSQ PRIVATE arranges a private vehicle for you and your companions. Pricing depends on the route, date and vehicle, with passengers, luggage and waiting time taken into account.
When is my journey confirmed?
Once your coordinator has checked vehicle availability and agreed pricing and details with you. For urgent travel, mention this in your enquiry so we can first check whether the journey can be arranged.
How do we agree payment and documents?
Tell us whether you or your company is booking and which documents are required. We agree payment method, documents and cancellation terms before confirmation.
How is a cross-border journey planned?
We check the route, flight and local departure time, then discuss the start time and a margin. Queues and border checks can change the plan; crossing times and arrival in time for a flight cannot be guaranteed.
