We plan airport journeys around the border. Before confirmation, we check route availability for your date.
Your border route
We check available crossings, passenger and vehicle restrictions, and queues in both directions.
Departure time
We allow for driving, check-in, local time and a margin. If needed, we discuss travelling the day before.
Waiting terms
We agree included waiting time and any extra charges, and check whether an electronic queue booking is required.
If plans change
Your coordinator discusses the options with you. A revised route and any additional charges are agreed before changes are made.
Queues and border checks can vary. An exact crossing time or arrival in time for a flight cannot be guaranteed. Admission decisions are made by border authorities.

We specify what is included, the waiting allowance and any charges for additional waiting, parking or programme changes.
Booking terms
Before booking, we agree the total, currency, payment method, deposit, cancellation and rescheduling terms. Requesting a quote creates no booking obligation.

Private international transfers
The vehicle is quoted by route, date, passenger count and luggage. The city hourly rates below are not international transfer prices.

BYN 65/hour · 1–6 hours6–12 hours: BYN 60/hour. Over 12 hours: BYN 55/hour. Up to 3 passengers.
Mercedes S-Class W223
from BYN 150/hourUp to 3 passengers. Specification, hire duration and availability are confirmed with the quote.
Mercedes V-Class
from BYN 80/hour6–7 passengers depending on the vehicle. Seating and luggage space are agreed in advance.
Hourly service references from partner TrustTransfer’s public rates, checked on 9 October 2026. These are not fixed programme prices. Minimum hire, exact model, waiting, parking, out-of-town travel and the total are confirmed before booking.
International travel is quoted individually per vehicle.
