Can I book a single seat?
MSQ PRIVATE arranges a private vehicle for you and your companions. Pricing depends on the route, date and vehicle, with passengers, luggage and waiting time taken into account.
When is my journey confirmed?
Once your coordinator has checked vehicle availability and agreed pricing and details with you. For urgent travel, mention this in your enquiry so we can first check whether the journey can be arranged.
How do we agree payment and documents?
Tell us whether you or your company is booking and which documents are required. We agree payment method, documents and cancellation terms before confirmation.
Can I book a round trip?
Yes. Share both dates and addresses. We clarify whether you need waiting at the destination or a separate return pickup. Both journeys and their costs are agreed before confirmation.

International travel is quoted individually per vehicle.
